THE GRAVEYARD FOR GENERAL SUCCESS - LESSON TO LEARN FROM BUHARI VICTORY

THE GRAVEYARD FOR GENERAL SUCCESS - LESSON TO LEARN FROM BUHARI VICTORY

AS A SIGN OF GRATITUDE TO GOD FOR PEACEFUL ELECTION, I WANT TO SHARE THIS STORY, SLICED FROM MY FIRST PUBLICATION (the 57 principles for general success) TO MY BELOVED READERS
The first time I saw this picture, my mind slip into a trance. And in my trance, I saw 100 people stood at the base of this magnificent rock. The hundred men and women were asked to ascend the rock for a life time award. Those who could make it would be giving an automatic ticket to financial freedom. They can fly to their country of choice without hindrance. They can own anything they want. The rules is this, you must not climb the rock via the right hand side and must avoid the use of ladder. You out to climb it bare handed. 90 of these people whine and call the instructor several names, and went back home. 10 out of the 100 agree to climb the deadly rock. They began to ascend one after the other.

To my amazement, among the 10, 5 were able to reach the top of the rock.2 fall and broke their necks and die while three, broke their legs with other minor injuries in other part of their body. While they were all assemble I went closed to them and asked Benjamin, the first to succeed, the secret of such breakthrough, he flexed his hands and said, “Yes, I never look at the rock. I was looking at the award”. For Mbakwe, “I saw the entire world on top of the rock, with all its beauty on top of the rock, I saw my place in it, how I rule men” For Chika, “in fact, at a point, I was frustrated and almost letting go, but decided to made a dare of pushing a little bit. That was how I found myself over there”. I marvel whether he has come across this statements of Mohammed Ali
“Champion aren’t made at the gyms, they are made from something they have deep inside them; a desire, a dream, a vision. They have last-minute stamina. They have to be a little faster, and they have to have the skill and the will. But they must be stronger than the skill”

The fourth person I meet was a woman, Safiya When asked “I know I am a woman but I can’t go back or resign my privilege to be great as other men and women did because I am woman. Success has no respect for gender. What a man can do women can do better. So I must climb the rock that was my resolved”. The fifth of them was a poor fellow well known for debt and borrowing, Giwa I ask him, “Mr., how do you make it! You came here looking looking wretch and powerless” so exerting, he said “oh my dear, I was not as powerless as you think, It is better to die trying here than to go back home and die with my misery. I had been so unfortunate in this live. People call me names. I saw my family condition change the moment I got the invitation to this field of the dead”.

I turn to those who fall and sustain injuries. I went to the first and ask what the cause of his fall was. “I fall because I yield to the emotion of wailing and screaming of those on the ground. My hands slip off the moment I turn to look at them” The second which almost reach the top of the rock before the fall shook his head in pain and mutter some word to himself before attending to my question. According to him, “I was afraid that the rock would soon remove from its base, which was what causes the shaking you saw in me over there”

THE LESSONS TO LEARN

$
I learned that this men and the woman had a picture in their mind that is bigger than the deadly rock.

$
They are the people who take their lives into their own hands and make things happen.

$
While other quit, they remain. They accept complete responsibility for themselves and the results of their actions.

$
They dare to go forward in the face of risk and uncertainty.

$
They were ready to create future out of such uncertainty.

$
They were decisive and determine.

$
When you decide to create your own future, you join this vital minority. You begin to push to the front of the line in your own life.
$
Some are motivated with unpleasant circumstances they found themselves
$
Those who run away are the majority who wants to tiptoe through life, hoping to make it safely to death.
