A man who specialize in breaking into homes to rape housewives went unconscious in police cell

Umar Mohammed who was recently apprehended by police in dutse alledgely went unconscious in police cell today. Dutse—Jigawa State command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, has arrested 30-year-old Umar Mohammed of Sakwaya village in Dutse Local Government Area for breaking into people’s homes to rape their wives. rape-toon According to NSCDC, the accused person confessed that he specialized in breaking into people’s houses in the area at midnight to forcibly rape housewives. Commandant of the Corps, Dr. Muhammad Gidado, who disclosed this while parading the man before the press in his office yesterday, said he had received several complaints about late night rape cases. He told newsmen that the suspect had admitted to jumping through perimeter fencing to break into homes, not to steal, but to rape women. At an event in New York Thursday morning, Apple ( AAPL , Tech30) and IBM ( IBM , Tech30) announced they will deliver iPads with specially tailored apps for seniors. The apps connect elderly users with their families and serve three main functions -- monitor their health, remind them of their medications and doctors' appointments, and connect them to home care services. The program will be piloted in Japan, in conjunction with Japan Post, a government-owned life insurance, banking and postal service. The iPad is already the top-selling tablet in Japan, according to Apple. Japan Post will deliver the special iPads to seniors and help them set up and learn to use the devices. In addition, they will also provide a monthly check-in service for an additional fee. A footballer dies today after collapsing during a match

  A Belgian footballer Gregory Mertens, 24 years old died today April 30th in the hospital, three days after he collapsed during a match. Doctors said he died of heart failure. The former Belgium Under-21 international fell during the first half of a match on Monday April 27th. He was first treated on the pitch but when they realized it was serious, he was rushed to the hospital where he was placed on life support. His condition didn't improve and today his family agreed his life support should be switched off. He passed away around 4pm today. "Gregory was only one-and-a-half years at the club, but in that short time his quiet modesty made him an indispensable person. Now we will have to learn to live with the loss." his club said in a statement. May his soul rest in peace, amen.

  Borno state govt says profiling of the 293 females rescued from Sambisa forest yesterday April 28th shows that they are from Damboa local government and not from Chibok as was highly speculated. Speaking with newsmen in Maiduguri today April 29th, the state Commissioner for Information, Dr. Mohammed Bulama, say the rescued females are from Bumsiri village in Damboa Local government area and were all kidnapped from the village by the sect members. "These girls and women rescued are still our daughters as much as the Chibok girls and we have to commend the military for liberating them, hoping that the rest will equally be liberated. A female student in Kenya has revealed that she has infected a total of 324 men with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). The HIV positive girl, who attends the Kabarak University in Nakuru, is said to have been infected by a man at a party. The unidentified 19-year old is allegedly aiming to infect a total of 2000 men in revenge. According to reports: The girl allegedly contacted Kenyan Scandals on Facebook and claimed she had something to confess. APC  governorship candidate loses rerun election to PDP candidate in Taraba State Nigeria's dream of having the first elected female governor has been dashed after the APC Guber candidate in Taraba state, Aisha Alhassan, lost the governorship rerun election to the PDP governorship candidate, Darius Ishaku. INEC this afternoon declared Mr Ishaku winner of the rerun election held yesterday April 25th. Mr Ishaku pulled a total of 369, 318 votes while Aisha Alhassan pulled a total of 275, 984.
