Nigerian Student Died under a watch of a Careless doctor

 
No doubt, this week is a tragic week for Nigeria Students. The week started with the death of Mary Ibitolu,a 200Level Law Student at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.she was crushed by a vehicle in Osogbo when going home. on Wednesday again,Mayowa,a 200 Level student of the department of kinetic education in University of Ibadan gave up the ghost owning to the criminal negligence of health workers in the Univesity clinic. Mayowa was suffocating but on getting to the clinic,the callous doctors in the hospital request for his identity card before he can be treated,after waiting for about 40 minutes while the doctors watch shamelessly Mayowa join the heavenly choir. On Thursday again, A student of the Federal University of Technology, Akure also died in a ridiculous and shameful manner.after digesting all these sad events,I decided to put a phone call to the President of National Association of Nigeria Student,Comrade Tijani Usman Shehu.I was flabbergasted when he told me that the students of University of Ibadan should continue to protest as I narrated to him. he neither issue a press release to condemn the Jaja Clinic incident nor make any attempt to commiserate with the Student Union President of the affected schools. that is a very wicked, incompetence and arrogant display from a supposed public officer. When you are not sympathetic to the cause of Nigerian Students,then whose course are you championing? I draw the attention of Comrade Jonathan Adekunle,the President of Nigeria University Students to the issue but he respond with a brief condolence message.Student group like National Association of Nigeria Comrade (NANC) kept mute on these bad incident. NANC was led by one dictator called Samsideen,he has successfully turn the organization to his personal estate. You may be wondering why I used to against these useless organizations with the exception of NAUS and ERC. the reason is simple,they are just political association masquerading as Student group, they are selfish group using students identity to cover their mess. Of course,we are all going to die and account for our deeds before Almighty God. The intervention of these groups would have been invaluable in calling the doctors who kill Mayowa to order,their intervention would have been immeasurable by acting as government watchdog and stand against injustice and oppression but unfortunately,they chose to dine and wine with looters while proclaiming that they are fighting for Students interest. May I use this medium to warn some greedy and avaricious NANS leaders, the useless NANC organization, the irresponsible elegant youth foundation, the toothless National Youth council of Nigeria and The voiceless office of the special adviser to the President on Student affairs to stop proclaiming that they are representing the interest of students.You are all fighting for your interest and not that of the generality of Nigerian Students. Remember that one day,we will die like these 3 students and account for our deeds before God and you should all remember that if you continue to proclaim that you are representing the interest of students while in practical view you are championing your own personal interest,put this in mind,Hell fire will be merciles

shocking!: Under-aged orphan allegedly raped and impregnated by an Alhaji in Sokoto State

A Nigerian journalist with DW Radio Service, Germany, Faruk Muhammad Yabo shared the sad story on Facebook: "The story of this under-aged Maimuna an orphan of Birnin ruwa village in sokoto who was raped, impregnated and abandoned by one Alhaji Giwa of the same village as accused, is very touchy.  Maimuna who is 8 month pregnant, has nobody to cater for her pregnancy in this very young age. Former President Jonathan said during his reception in Bayelsa yesterday that before he became deputy governor of the state, he had no interest in politics. Narrating how he dabbled into politics, Jonathan said, “It all started with me and Chief Diepreye Alamieyeseigha. I knew Alamieyeseigha when he wanted to contest the governorship of Bayelsa State under the defunct United Nigeria Congress Party. That was the first time I knew Alamieyeseigha. We formed groups in every local governments – two persons to sign petition to enable Alamieyeseigha to contest. But a late Chief Judge asked me and one person from Ogbia to sign the petition.
