NIGERIA POLITICIAN DON'T KNOW GOD. According to Chief Kweskepchu, Nigerian politician don't know God. He lamented that  politician normally embark on empty promised during campaign but rarely fulfilled them when elected. He gave this message during the recent Taraba State traditional office holder meeting held in Jolly Nyame Stadium in Jalingo Taraba state. " if a man fear God he will abide by his word. what we see around is realy disheartening". "I want all politician to know that, time shall come that we shall all be gone, gone to the world were sorrow is never known. The world of forever. It is unfortunate that many today, because of greed has forgotten that the life here on earth is but a shadow of reality to come". He also advise voter to vote wisely in coming election.

  OBESITY, DIABETES AND DIET When the body’s cells resist the action of insulin, this is known as insulin resistance and is the cause of type 2 diabetes. Diabetes is a chronic disease, so while it can be prevented and controlled, it cannot yet be cured. If glucose doesn’t move into the cells, too much stays in the blood. This makes a chemical imbalance in the body which increases the fats in the blood and which can damage the blood vessels , the pipelines through which blood travels to all parts of the body.
